RESERVES v NORWOOD

Got there half way through the 1st Qtr. The boys looked good, never let Norwood into the game and always came up with the answering goal.
Kruger was a good target up forward kicking 4 goals.
Cranston was good in ruck and moved well around the ground would be pressing hard to play in the 1's next week.
Matt Reavill covered a lot of ground. Wasted a few possesions but had a solid game.

A good team effort solid down back worked the ball out of defence well.

These players named were more so first half observations as I was on the outer wing watching but moved when the rain came in.

So which players would be under consideration for a call up to the main show?

The Roar?, Kruges, Reavs, Cranny spring to my immediate mind, maybe Yoey + Longman?

Marcus Burdett would be my obvious first choice.

I'd start with Burdy - 40 possessions isn't a bad effort.

I would think Cranston would be a must to go into the 1's this weekend as Kirk needs some solid support in ruck.
I think that unless there was someone only playing Reserves for Match Fitness then you would basically have to leave the league side the same.

What were the significant HitOuts Ecky? (ie is Cranny in form, and how is Pumper going?)

I heard a whisper from someone at the club that it was best not to publish hitouts on a public forum - just the basic stuff.

In my opinion though Cranston looked like he is ready for League.

We just don't want other clubs using our stats against us!

Those with a mind for subterfuge might publish some deliberately misleading stats...

Is that why you didn't write down that Yoey got 52 possessions?
