League experience of Reserves players

Postby Ecky » Tue Sep 26, 2006 11:14 pm

How experienced are our Reserves sides?
This table shows the number of players with League experience (for Glenelg) in each Reserves game since 2003.

As expected there is a strong correlation between wins and number of players with League experience. Our 2005 Reserves side (which made the GF) was really quite experienced.

You can see that 2006 was the year with the least experience. (although you could probably argue that some of the players who played Reserves in 03 and 04 never deserved to play League...)
So I think they did fairly well to make the finals.

Just wanted to post something here so Ecky doesn't have his name on the front page.

I am of the understanding that the Reserves ae searching for a new Team Manager.

Anyone interested? Give Dave Schell a ring.

Wouldn't it be more appropriate to start a new thread, Maxzy :?:

PS I believe one of the conditions of the job is you will have to put up with thousands of emails from Borat and co asking who is in* and out* each week.
