I'm reminded of a speech made by Seb Guilhaus as BOG at a similar stage of last year after beating Central:

"The Reserves were on song today and when we're on song we sing a mighty fine tune.... We played the tope side today and we crushed them like bugs, which was fantastic... I invite you all to join the Reserves juggernaut as it proceeds toward further glory..."

The last few words may not be exact, but the gist is there; our best is good enough, we proved that last year. Be nice to go for a hat-trick of all grades winning (also we want to gain ground in the Stanley H Lewis
We're GFC! We're Dynamite!!
We're GFC! And the others are Shite!!

Who are the outs Ecky?

22 players named there.
Sverdloff, Clayson and Hitchcock also named in U19s.
2 players to come back from League (probably Adlington and Lally?)

So putting all that together...the ins and outs are likely to be:
In: Adlington, Liebelt
Out: Sundqvist (groin), Sverdloff (U19s)

(Note I am just going from what is in the paper, and not any inside info from the club - the teams will probably only be finalised tonight)

PS That team gives 14 players with League experience playing.

The most since 2003 is 15 in round 8, 2005.
There have been 6 other times we have had 14 with League experience since 2003.

(The lowest was 2 in R11, 2006 - the Thebarton game)

Really hope the Magoos put Strut back in there box too...

Pity if Micky or Addo gets dropped (I know someone has to make way for Captain & Forrest).

Sign of a good team structure, when there is sufficient depth in the 17's to push into the 19's in to the Ressies etc...

Go get 'em reigning premiers !

Won, beat the top team who had won 10 in a row, came home with the wind in the last quarter. Are well in the top 3 now in the Magoos as well. N.B. Eduardo "the pool cleaner" Curnow's goal was a blinder.

A few good stats there that must be getting close to league selection. Lally, Butts, Daisy, and WilloB.
