A good win after another poor start.

WD to Sellar

12 kicks
12 handballs
10 marks
17 hit outs
2 goals 1.

And hooray at the 17's smashing west (over 100 points, West didnt score after 1/4 time).

Dunno how the 19's went, hopefully all 4 grades again!

Great 2nd Half once again by the Reserves.

After being down 8.4 to 5.3 at Half Time came out looked a better side when it finally clicked to kick 6.3 to 0.1 for the qtr. Graham was a good target deep in the forward line and Sellar went from being in the ruck and a kick behind play to move forward and get a bit of it.

The last qtr was fantastic the way the defence was solid and we ran the ball got numbers forward and kick to the big targets of Grosser and Sellar to kick 4.3 to 2.1 into the breeze and win comfortably.

Week after week they keep on getting away with strong 2nd half performances and running over the top of teams. Just imagine when we put 4 solid qtrs together.

Sellar was fantastic all day weather in be in the Ruck, Kick behind the play in defence and then when he went forward.

I think it was a one week move to give him some solid game time and he would have certainly growen in confidence as the game went on.

West scored the first goal of the game, straight from centre after about 20 seconds, them managed 7 behinds for the rest of the match!

We will not compromise the SANFL competition (with AFL reserves teams)."
