I know we have 6-8 players out with State Squad but I assume from this result that we don't have as deep a Squad this year as South have struggled to get close to most this year.
At full strength like the Qtr we played them in earlier we were smashing them.

I think the problem is that this year is that there is a bigger gap between the depth and talent of our private school and non private school lads. But perhaps more importantly they are using these matches to try out various juniors from the south east and local suburbs to give them a taste and also for the bays to see if they
Are worth pursuing.

And in breaking news apparently the match v South where the lights failled in the u18s has been awarded to us and wont be replayed. And they were gonna use yesterdays match to set the % but we lost! So they will think about it some more,,,,or so the story goes. May be given as a 5 goal win
