Ended up a draw, and wierdly one more goal each and the scores would have been level.

I'm interested to see who is above who on the League Ladder this week.

Big Redden took a great pack mark deep in defence at the end of the match. Lonnie Hampton started like a man on fire but unfortunately appeared to badly hurt his knee :|

Waylon Johncock kicked 3 goals in the first quarter.

Both teams had plenty of chances to win.

Final Score 12.11 (83) each
Glenelg 12.11 83 West Adelaide 12 11 83

2nd Qtr when we coughed up 3 turnovers within 30 metres of goal that resulted in goals and a holding the ball in defensive 50 that cost another goal. Without these errors West would not have got close.

RaiKiwasa looks like he could be a very useful player. Billy Hayes is one tough nut that loves a contest and smashing bodies. I can see Johncock playing league in the near future, has pace to burn and a pretty good goal sense and combined with Lonnie Hampton were just to quick up forward when we could get the ball over the back.

Ethan Gill was pretty good around the ground and Carl Nicholson got his hands on it but was pretty rusty with disposal.

Not sure what game you were watching, Scharenberg and Nicholson were standouts , both had 10 more possessions than the others and were the only 2 players that did not turn the ball over .
