Do you seriously think the leading goalkicker for the year would only be on 7 :?:

And why in the best player stats, are only 6 clubs represented, and coincidentally, each have one player on 6 "points", and each have one player on 5 "points" :?:

I presume that the leading player might be the number of times the player is named in the best players? For Alex Carey that would be about right? therefore each team gets (5?) best players each week.
